A modern brand identity system for a fast-casual Korean restaurant, transforming traditional gimbap into an approachable dining experience through strategic design thinking.
Problem/Challenge
Make traditional Korean food more welcoming to everyone, while creating a modern brand that appeals to both Korean food lovers and first-time customers.

Process
Created a clean, circular logo inspired by a gimbap cross-section. The four colored sections represent the “Build Your Own Roll” concept, where customers choose four ingredients for their perfect gimbap.



Final Outcomes
Delivered a complete brand package including a dynamic logo system, intuitive menu design, and cohesive visual language that brings the joy of Korean cuisine to life.
